Conference Center
Our Conference Center features:
- One large meeting room
- Dining room
- Three breakout rooms
Mays Event Center
Our newly remodeled Mays Event Center features:
- Large meeting area (will seat approximately 400)
- State of the art sound and lighting equipment
- Additional room for seating or serving
Amarillo Cabin
Amarillo Cabin features:
- Large kitchen
- Very large living area
- 48 beds (2 rooms: 24 beds each)
- Outside area with picnic tables and small fire pit
- Indoor and outdoor fireplace
BL Davis Cabin
BL Davis is HPRC's largest capacity cabin.
It features:
- 62 beds (2 large rooms: 29 each; 2 private rooms: 2 each)
- Large kitchen and meeting room

Canyon Cabin
Canyon Cabin features:
- 46 beds (2 rooms: 22 in each; 1 private bedroom: 2 beds)
- Large meeting area
- Kitchen

Coyote Cabin
Coyote Features:
- 18 beds (2 rooms: 9 on each side)

- Living Area
- Covered porch with seating area
Deer Cabin
Deer Cabin features:
- 42 beds (2 rooms: 20 each, 1 private room: 1)

Gopher Cabin
Gopher Cabin features:
- Many newly remodeled features!
- 28 beds (4 bedrooms)
- Small kitchenette with full-size fridge and microwave
- Meeting room
Roadrunner Cabin
Roadrunner Cabin features:
- 32 beds (2 rooms: 16 each)
- Great meeting area
- Kitchen
Quail Cabin
Quail Cabin features:
- 34 beds (2 rooms: 16 and 18)
- Large meeting area
- Kitchen and dining area
Boyd Cabin
We know ministers jobs are busy and demanding. The vision for Boyd Cottage was to be a place where ministers could get away and spend time alone with God or get away with their families to relax. It is our joy to offer Boyd Cottage to ministers free of charge during our off season.

Boyd Cabin features:
- 2 sides (can be rented separately or together)
North Side Includes: two queen beds; can sleep four people
South Side Includes: one queen bed, one bunk, and one twin; can sleep five people
- Both sides have small fridge, microwave, and coffee pot
- Covered porch with seating area

RV Park
The RV park is available for groups using the camp for an event.
​If you wish to use the RV hookup during your event, please check with the HPRC office for pricing.

The RV Park features:
- 30-amp campsites
- Water and sewer connections
- Secluded location away from cabins and busy camp activities
